Museums and art galleries

The museum organizes three exhibitions on contemporary art every year.

The museum shows more than 100 paintings of Adolf Niederhäuser (1927), organizes exhibitions about local and regional history or presents works of art.

The museum (Spielzeugmuseum) shows a magnificent collection of toys of the past two hundred years and puts it into cultural-historical perspective.  

The permanent exhibition presents Weesen at the time of the Romans and the medieval city.
