The Three-country Corner Basel

The Sri Chinmoy peace blossoms are at the three-country point or corner (das Dreiländereck) in Basel, where Switzerland, Germany and France meet.

It is one of the five hundred Sri Chinmoy places worldwide. The source of inspiration for this monument was Albert Einstein (1879-1955), who lived for many years in Bern (1902-1909). He wrote his famous theories in this city.

This corner is also the beginning (or end) of the Grand Tour of Switzerland.
