The museum exhibits works by Ernst Ludwig Kirchner (1880-1938). Davos was his Wahlheimat and inspired him to produce a large number of his major works in this village.
The museum continually presents a diverse range of key works from its extensive collection. In addition, it stages temporary exhibitions that highlight either particular aspects of his work and other artists of the classical Modern period, or the contemporary art scene.
