The aim of the Foundation is to maintain, cultivate and promote Switzerland’s position as a location for the production and distribution of chocolate and to strengthen its expertise in this field. The Foundation also promotes science, research, education, culture and information about chocolate.
An important project of the Foundation is the Lindt Home of Chocolate. This knowledge centre is a museum and replica factory for the production of chocolate. The centre informs and shares expertise on all aspects of the history, production and (future) developments of chocolate.
