Nature Parks in Grisons
In addition to the Swiss National Park (Schweizerischer National Park) and the Bisofera Val Müstair, there are three other nature parks in the canton of Grisons. The Tektonikarena Sardona is a Unesco World Heritage Site, which shows the origins of the Alps, the gorge of the river Flem (Trutg dil Flem), fin de siècle hotels in Flims and the paradise Caumasee. Parc Ela is the largest park in the canton and is among other things the location of the Albula railway line to Bergün over the 142-long Landwasserviaduct, recognised by UNESCO as a world heritage site. The Beverin Nature Park is located on the Rheinschlucht. The Rhätische Bahn provides transport to Versam-Safien station, after which the Postauto is available for further transport. Besides, there are many hiking trails and various hotels and restaurants to explore the area with breaks.
